Has anyone had issues with the installation of the LD 9.5 SP1 agent on WinXP. We are getting errors for numerous exe files. "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000142)" for msiexec, rainstall, residentagent, collcon, and restartmon. This is occurring when upgrading from a 9.0 SP3 agent.
