We have various Core Servers (LDMS 8.8 SP2a) installed both with Oracle and MSSQL. Now we just found that when we do a UDD scan in the Core Servers console with Oracle database, no new devices appear in the UDD console. If we look into the Oracle Data Base "UNMANAGEDNODES" table, all the discovered devices are there, but the field "DEVICEGROUPINFO_IDN" has weird values, for instance 32768, 65536, etc....
We have deleted the records in the Unmanaged nodes table, and rescaned the network with the very same results, Also we have deleted all the UDD groups in the Unmanaged Device Discovery console to no avail.
It only occurs in the Core servers with Oracle database (version 10g). With MSSQL 2005 core servers (LDMS 8.8 SP2a) this issues does not appear.
Any ideas?
