Agent install issues

Hi,

I'm not sure if this is technically an agent install issue.  I have migrated from 9.5 to 9.6 SP2 via a sort of side by side migration.  I am trying to get the new agent installed on hosts that have never had it installed before and having issues.  The agent does install but they don't show up in the core and I am unable to run a patch scan on them.  When I try to run a scan (and in vulscan.log) I am getting "Failed: Core has no inventory data for this computer".  Also in the log is "ERROR: ResolveDeviceID6 returned 0 for computer Idn"

Things I have tried:

-putting all the .0 key files from the server (c:\program files\landesk\share files\keys) onto the client

-using the rebuild all button on the core server

-Create new self-contained client installation package after the above step

-running ldiscn32.exe /f /sync

Here is what I get at the end of the vulscan log

Wed, 27 Jan 2016 16:56:09 Success

Wed, 27 Jan 2016 16:56:09 Last status: Failed: Core could not process data

Wed, 27 Jan 2016 16:57:09 Exiting with return code 0x8db30196 (406).

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

Brad
