Hello everyone,

I was having issues with deploying the LD agent on Ubuntu through the ldlogon/linuxpull.sh method so I opted for trying a manual installation instead. Everything seems to work except that my landesk agent does not find the core server whenever it does an inventory scan. I've gone and checke the .0 file is in the right spot for the authentication to the server but i get this error whenever i try to run an inventory scan. It looks like the agent doesn't have an IP address specified for the server, does anyone know where I can specify the address and get this box connected to the LD core? I've attached copies of the errors i'm getting along with the location i put the has file, hopefully someone knows what i'm doing wrong but i followed the KB instructions on manually deployig the agent and got no errors as i went everything unpacked and installed as expected, it's just this communication issue that's stalling me now.

Otherwise, the problem i had deploying the agent in the first place is that when i tried to run the ./linuxpull.sh function through the mounted smbfs location, i get the error that "ini file missing", despite the fact that they're in the ldlogon folder for the configuration i'm calling. I've tried callng the SH file and the INI file and i get no response from the linuxpull except to say that the files are missing.
