I am trying to get the details of our agent configuration dialed in to suit our needs. I am having some interesting issues with our clients that I cannot seem to resolve them. I cannot find any forum posts or documents that have a solution either.
As far as I can tell the Agent configuration in installed without any error on to two clients. (My workstation and my co-workers workstation) They both seem to have the client installed just fine by pushing an Agent with a task. The clients report in with an Inventory Scan no problem. I can remote control the computer using HTML Remote Control but Legacy Remote Control fails to work. I tried installing Adobe Reader DC through a task. It moves to an Active status and never succeeds/fails.
After looking around for a while the only problem that I can find is that the CBA is not installed correctly. When I look at the properties for the two clients I see a red X for the CBA but then everything else looks fine.
In order to find a resolution to the problem I have followed a couple of guides to install and reinstall the agent. (https://community.landesk.com/docs/DOC-2092 and https://community.landesk.com/docs/DOC-33478#jive_content_id_I_Common_Base_Agent) Neither of witch fixed my problems. I have attempted reinstalling several times with no success. Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions? I would even take links to other guides.
