Files permission in C:\Program Files\LANDesk\LDClient, espesially LANDeskAgentBootStrap.exe

I found that the .exe files in the C: \ Program Files \ LANDesk \ LDClient folder have administrators, guests and everyone permissions.
In my company rules do not allow everyone to be in the permissions files or folders only if the app needs them.
Can everyone be deleted in the permissions. especially on LANDeskAgentBootStrap.exe file?
