We have many Win 2000 SP4 workstations. We got the error message (can't find MSVCR90.dll) as below when installed agent. However, after the Win 2000 SP4 was patched to up-to-date. The agent installation was successful. Please tell me what exact patches are required instead of taking long time for downloading and updating and rebooting. Thanks.
