printer drivers

Greetings all.

 

When deploying agents to 64-bit Windows 7 Pro desktop computers, almost every one of the workstations encountered the same error.  The error showed up on about half the computers we pushed out the agent to, and I think all the affected machines were 64-bit.  After installing the agent, the machines would no longer print to some of the printers, and upon further inspection the error message we would get said that the printer has no drivers installed.  We would be able to fix it in most cases by reinstalling the drivers.  If it had only been one machine I would not have attributed it to the LANDesk agent, but I have not seen this happen until the day after installing agents, and it affected about 10 or 12 of the first 20 machines we installed agents on.  Is there a way to prevent this from happening, when installing the agent?  We have a Windows 2008 R2 domain, single forest, single domain, with about 20 servers and 100 Windows 7 Pro desktops.  Some servers are 2012 R2 but the domain functional level is Windows 2008 R2.  The LANDesk core server is a dedicated server on Windows 2012 R2.  Using SQL Express database, version 2012.
