I have many 64KB (512K burstable) lines on an AT&T frame relay network. How does Dynamic Bandwidth Throttling actually determine the speed of these WAN links? The reason I ask, is that I have set DBT to 10%, so does it grab 10% of the 64K or 10% of the 512K?
