Error when creating a new agent configuration

Hi All,

I have another issue after upgrade the core from 9.0sp2 to 9.5. Recently, when I create an agent configuration, I get a message "There is no availale certificate". As a result of that, I cannot update the agent to the new agent configuration since the schedule job failed with the result "failed to build the agent installation package".

Any idea?
