Hi folks
We are getting some reports from end users, that their display resolutions are being reset to the lowest video resolution after the LANDesk 9 agent has been deployed to the machines. Once the display resolution has been reset back to the required resolution, the machines are OK. The core has been patched to SP2 but the agents are at version 9.0.0.25. I've seen another discussion within the forum http://forum.landesk.com/support/message/46548#46548 but without any answers.
Anyone else seen/experienced this before? Or, is it just a matter of me updating the agents to the latest SP to see if this solves the issue?
Any help would be appreciated.
