We recently added Cloud Services/Gateway to our Landesk configuration (9.5 Sp2 with patches). I have installed agents on a few dozen laptops which are full time offsite and they report in normally. I made the mistake of deleting about a remote dozen computers on Thursday, 4/3. My hope was as inventory and vulnerability scans occurred the laptops would report back and repopulate the console. One of the 12 did report back as I expected but the others did not. On Tuesday, 4/8 I asked the users to perform manual Vulscans and within 24 hours they reported back in. These agents have vulscans that run daily.
Is this expected behavior or should these agents have repopulated the console on their own? In some cases the users have not run the manual scan and the workstations have not repopulated a week later.
