If a PC is offsite and needs a new agent installed to be able to remote the PC, is there anyway possible to use Launch Pad to reinstall\update an agent if your core server is open to web? Does the Launchpad Rely on the current agent installed therefore it will not uninstall/overwrite the current agent files?
