Our Servicedesk guys are building new desktop's and laptop and re-configuring used ones using a PCTECH profile. They are also installing the LanDesk Agent prior to handing over the computer to the end user. Now when I look in Network View in Management Suite at all devices, I see lots of devices that are logged in under PCTECH and most have not reported scans back to the Core Server in some time. What should I be doing with these devices? They should already be assigned to the End User so I'm somewhat confused as to why they show up this way. Should I just delete these devices or how do I handle this?
