We had to rename the CEAPI.DAT file within ProgramData\vulscan folder on our managed client machines as Spyware definitions were failing to update. After this change, some machines were prompted to reboot and post-reboot, all keyboard functionality was disabled. You are able to remote in via RDP or through the Remote Console and type, but not physically. A System Restore does bring back functionality to the machine but once definitions are updated, the keyboard is disabled once again. Has anyone seen this issue?
