I had a agent which was not installing software or updating settings so I ran the UninstallWINClient.exe and removed the program rebooted and also deleted from LANDesk Management suite.
I tried to scan for unmanaged devices on the IP which it finds 1 device but does not add to unmanaged or update anything.
I then reinstalled the agent manually which goes OK and ran an inventory scan but the agent is still not displaying in the console, anyone have any suggestions?
