Please can anybody assist here...
I have successfully scanned for unmanaged devices, and they have been classified as computers. I used an advanced agent push schedule to load the agent to the device - and get the following error "Computer appears more than once in the task list"
My question around that is, the reason for the error is, that yes, it is a duplicate - it has the same device name, but different IP Address's (found in different physical locations).
How do i tell landesk to ignore the device name, and use the IP Address, to deploy the agent to... because we have devices on our network with the same name, but different IP Addresses. Can we get Landesk to deploy strictly to IP Addresses, to bypass the error "Computer appears more than once in the task list"
