I am in the process of deploying agents with the LANDesk AV component to a few servers and I was getting a bCriticalError error upon installation. I've tried running the EXE or using command line wscfg32.exe and haven't been too successful. The Agent install itself goes without any problems but when it comes to installing the AV component, the installation halts with an error. Checking the "Documents and Settings\...\Local Settings\Temp\wscfg32.xlg," I'm seeing bCriticalerror is true.

Troubleshooting:
I've tried two other times, adding the domain account I'm using for the installation as a local administrator, or right-clicking and running the EXE as Administrator, and I still ended up with the same results. Anybody else having the same issues? I'm only seeing this inconsistent behavior on Windows 2003 R2 (32-bit). I haven't had any problems with 2008 or 2008 r2.
Environment:
Windows Server 2008 R2
LD 9.5
Target Server:
Windows Server 2003 R2
