LANDesk Agent with temp directory redirection

I have  a client who have the Default Temp folder pointing to another drive.  Problem is that the temp folder does not have enough space.  I know it can be done, but do not know how a agent can be forced to download an extract to C:\Folder location regardless of the System Temp location
