Management Agent Service cannot be started !

Hi All,

Here is a strange issue. In some of the clients we face the issue with starting the LANDesk Management Agent Service. It says an error message like "Could not start the LANDesk(R) Management Agent service on the Local Computer" with "Error 2: The system cannot find the file specified". So we are unable to take remote control of those machines. Screenshot is attached herewith.

We tried installing the agent on those machines. The installation was successful but still the same issue with this service. Is there anything needs to be done in the registry?

We are running LANDesk 8.8 with SP2. Could anyone help me out to resolve this issue?
