I have an issue on one of my VM's where the LANDesk Management Agent service will not re-appear after I have removed and re-installed an agent from scratch.
At one point it was there but refused to start saying "without being specific" that a file was missing, so I removed the agent completely, uninstallwinagent.exe (let it reboot) then also removed Landesk from Program files and Documents and Settings/All Users/Application Data, gave it another reboot. Ran wscfg32.exe (again!)
Still no service appears for LD Management Agent.
Any idea's what can be stopping this from installing.
I can install the agent to another machine and everything works fine.
