The company I work for is new to LANDesk and we are going through pushing out the Advanced Agent to our workstations. To add some detail to my question I would like to know if the Advanced Agent can be installed remotely to a Domain computer that is not currently on our network.
An example of this would be a laptop that is on the Domain but is at home or being used off the domain and our intention is to reach and install the agent to all Domain machines and then according to what I've read switch the Agent from Direct to Gateway.
We are using LDMS 9 SP2
