We are running LD 8.8 sp2 and have various models of workstations and laptops. One model of laptop we are have trouble getting the agent to install and finish correctly. This is a Lenovo SL400 with our custom XP image. I have found that it appears to be hanging during the LDiScn32. If you kill this process, it will finish installing the agent. If you later manually start the Inventory Scan it runs and reports done for the hardware and device drivers options and then gets about 3/4 of the way through the software files scan (to about 55720) and then hangs. Is there any known problems with the SL400 software files? Is there a log file I can look at to see which file it is hanging on?
