I have about 20 computers out of 900 that I can't get the Agent to work on
I uninstalled and reinstalled the agent using this methodas taught to me by tech support...
1) Uninstall Agent Configuration from System using uninstallwinclient.exe
2) Remove the following registry entries, HKLM>Software>Intel>LANDesk and HKLM>Software>LANDesk>.
3) Delete C:\Program Files\LANDesk\.
4) Push/Reinstall Agent Configuration
but after I push the client, all the services are there and started. I can remote control into it but I can't inventory the PC's or run security/patch and compliance scan, they fail.
This is 8.7 sp5, the clients are running Xp pro Sp2. They have plenty of disc space. The even viewer on each pc reads:
Product: LANDesk(R) Common Base Agent 8 -- Installation completed successfully.
Any ideas?
